Food for thought

I have a lot of negativity surrounding me at the moment and I was having an immense amount of difficulty trying to figure out what I should think about or try fix and what I should dismiss and move on from.

I dont remember where I found this photo but it put a lot into perspective for me. Sometimes we dwell on things we really don't need to, and sometimes we over look the beautiful things in life because something negative gets in the way.
I am hoping it can help you too, even if just for a moment.
